Practice
During the summer the team practices on alternating Saturdays, from 9-11. During the school year we practice every Saturday, from 9-11. We add practices as needed during competition season.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Camp
Camp is usually three to four days of training in early August, price, date, and location TBA. Camp is very important, when starting a new squad. It is the place where you make friends and learn to work together as a team. We develope new skills, and find those that we are strong and weak in.

Fundraising
We fundraise during the summer and school year. We sell candy, hold bake sales, root beer float sales, garage sales, and car washes. Fundraising not only helps to fund our squad, but helps the team to bond outside of practice! If you are interested in sponsoring our team, please contact our coach at the address below.

Cost
The biggest expense is the uniform. The squad requires a dance bag, poms, competition wear, practice and camp wear, dance sneakers, and warm ups, this will cost about 300 dollars. Camp is another expense that will cost about 200 dollars. Fundraising pays for most of the competitions, but parents are still expected to contribute. Each year the type and number of competitions will vary due to funds, qualifications, and transportantion. Competitions can cost anywhere from 15-250 dollars per girl. Reginal competitions are less while nationals, and west coast opens cost more money, this is due to the fact that they are further away and require amusment park passes and a hotel stay.
